New Website Launches

Welcome to my new website! Earlier this year, I decided to migrate from Squarespace to WordPress in order to take advantage of 1) the substantial cost savings and 2) the much greater degree of control over one’s assets that WordPress affords. The tradeoff is a substantial learning curve that I expect to be climbing for some time to come.

When looking at my old site I decided that it was a little too outdated to simply copy over all of my content, and that it would make more sense to build a new website from scratch with new posts featuring my most representative work as of today. And it became clear that I would need to build entirely separate websites for certain aspects of my work.

While I’m creating those resources, some of the links in the header will simply redirect to the front page. The most crucial things for me to have online right now—my writing and my recent work as Baby Tiger—are already live on Substack and at the Baby Tiger website, and those pages are now linked in the header above. Pages about my music outside Baby Tiger and my private music studio in Portland are on the way.

Finally, my contact page is somewhat incomplete, as I have not decided whether to continue my newsletter with MailChimp or not. I will make a decision on that before the end of 2025 and will create a signup form for whatever I go with.

Thank you for checking out my work, and please come back in a month or two when these pages will be more robust.
