Review in TQC 14

Before I head out to Mexico City for the holidays, I wanted to make a quick post about a piece I’m quite proud of, since it appeared in the admirable Quarterly Conversation: it’s a review of “A to X,” the Booker-shortlisted novel by John Berger. The piece wouldn’t be what it is without Scott Esposito’s great editing, and I’m honored to have a piece in Issue 14 among so many interesting pieces. Much of it is great, but definitely don’t miss the (audio) interview with Alexander Hemon.
